    JBS acquires Romar Innovate Ltd. (Whitehaven–based PPE supplier and manufacturer of containment products to the nuclear industry).

  • JBS acquires the business of SBA Ltd. (Leicester-based supplier of industrial consumables and PPE to the utilities sector).
